𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑟𝑒 𝑐𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑧𝑒𝑛𝑟𝑦 𝑖𝑠 𝑟𝑒𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑠𝑜𝑢𝑙'𝑠 𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒, 𝑤ℎ𝑖𝑐ℎ 𝑖𝑠 𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑑 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑤𝑖𝑡 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑔𝑟𝑖𝑡.

Plato once equated a good state to a good man, noting that they both share the virtues of temperance, courage, wisdom, and justice—similar to today's warriors with their knowledge as swords and greatness as gears, leveraging such forces to be sparks of reform and be the season's revelation, especially with the forthcoming National Elections.

"Tyrant is a chimera and the most inhuman of all forms," an asserted aphorism by the prominent thinker who also described the decaying forms of administration and their abuses in the Republic. The Philippines, on the other hand, particularly its 111 million Filipinos, is dealing with the long-term negative effects brought by conflict and violence in the form of killings, corruption, domestic violence, and illegal drug dealing. It is high time to gauge more iskolars ng bayan and unite the CPSPA Community in worthy causes that will put an end to the never-ending cycle of violence and ignorance.

With this, the College of Political Science and Public Administration-Student Council proudly presents its 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮, with the theme "𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗨𝗞𝗢𝗕: 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗮 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻. 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗵𝗶𝘆𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗗𝗮𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯 𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮,” on December 18, 2021, at 3 pm hoisting the emblem on Zoom and Facebook Live.
